CONTACT FAQS

Before you book a call

What happens after I submit the contact form?

We’ll review your message and reply within 1–2 business days to confirm the best next step. If it makes sense, we’ll schedule a short call to learn your goals, timeline, and cash-flow comfort level before discussing any policy design.

Is the initial call a sales call or a consultation?

Think of it as a consultation. We’ll clarify what you’re trying to accomplish with IBC, answer your questions, and outline options. If we’re not a fit, we’ll tell you plainly—no pressure, no chasing, and no obligation to apply.

Do I need to already own a whole life policy to talk with you?

Not at all. We work with people starting from scratch as well as those who already have coverage. If you have an existing policy, bring the in-force illustration (and any recent statements) so we can evaluate how it’s performing.

What information should I have ready for the call?

A rough sense of your monthly or annual funding range, your time horizon, and what you want the cash value to do (e.g., reserves, real estate, business capital). If you already have policies, having carrier names and policy numbers is helpful.

How does underwriting work, and how long does it take?

Underwriting is handled by the insurance carrier and typically includes an application, health questions, and sometimes a medical exam and labs. Timelines vary, but many cases are completed in a few weeks; we’ll keep you updated at each step.

Can you review a policy I already have for Infinite Banking?

Yes. We can review your current policy structure and performance, explain trade-offs, and identify whether adjustments or a new design would better match your IBC goals. We’ll give you a clear recommendation based on what the numbers show.
